2023 Grey Cup MVP Henoc Muamba Continues His Quest By Bringing Mind and Body Positivity Through Football to York Memorial Collegiate Institute in Toronto

Reigning Canadian professional football MVP Henoc Muamba, in collaboration with Kym Niles and his wife Jessica, is passionately dedicated to installing positivity and empowerment among Canadian youth through football. Henoc’s unparalleled experiences as an elite athlete serve as the driving force for this noble initiative.

With unwavering support from the Canadian Tire Jump Start Program and the Toronto Argonauts, Henoc, Jessica, and Kym are using to extend their high level of community commitment. Muamba is presently devoted to the revival of football in a remarkable program making its return. Niles, an advocate for systemic change, has consistently demonstrated her philanthropic dedication, co-founding Selflove Youth Wellness & Empowerment, an esteemed Toronto District School Board EducaGonal partner, in 2016. Kym has been honored with numerous leadership awards and featured as an expert on esteemed platforms such as Global TV, CBC News, CP24, CTV, and City news.


This edition of the MP10 concept is again, bringing football back to an institution that closed their football program 15 years ago. With its resurgence, The MP10 ideology and methods will available to the high school football program, led by Principal and Head Coach Donald Drummond, in partnership with Henoc Muamba and wife Jessica Muamba, who heads the Henoc Muamba FoundaGon. Coach Drummond expresses, “We anticipate not only fostering football as a sport, but also building character and core values that will guide our athletes as they venture into the world.”


Commencing at 2pm sharp on October 5th, 2023, at York Memorial Collegiate Insitute, an inspirational address will be delivered by Henoc, Kym, and Jessica, focusing on the profound significance of football, family, nutrition, and sports. Their speech will shed light on how these elements shape the mental and physical wellbeing of the student athletes and the impact on their parents and family members. This marks the second of many outreach programs Muamba is implementing throughout Canada in his Greless quest to transform “The Rest of It into The Best of It.”
